WCC Member – Teddy Tan Gains 5 Acceptances in the 2009 Australian Digital Photography Awards

Congratulations go to Teddy Tan who has gained 5 acceptances in this years Australian Digital Photography Awards, 2009 competition.
Teddy’s achievement here is not only a huge success for Teddy, it also re-inforces the fact that we have such talented members in the club who are not only very successful with their photography, but are only too happy to help others and pass on their knowledge to aspiring members. I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of the club to congratulate Teddy on his success here and wish him well in the judging.
The ADPS 2009 has now closed and the judging takes place on the 26th July with the exhibition held from the 14th August at the Canberra Highland Society and the Burns Club, 8 Kett Street, Kambah, Canberra. 7.30 – 10.30pm.
However, Teddy’s entries can be viewed at Teddy’s Picture Page if you want to have a look at them. The images and scores are as follows:
- Open – Alien Abduction – 72 pts
- Open – Kitesurf to Heaven – 68 pts
- Open – Catch Me if You Can – 70 pts
- Open – Superman Excercize – 66 pts
- Nature – Fruit Fly – 60 pts
