RULES

A few people have asked me what the rules are. Well, “there are no rules”, “the judges decision is final”, “I’ll be the judge of that, thank you”, “no correspondence will be entered into” , “you gotta be in it to win it”, “make ’em laugh or make ’em cry”, “anything goes”. Remember “rules are made to be broken”.
