Knox B&W Interclub Competition Results

Just a quick post to let everyone know how we did at the Knox Monochrome Competition. There were 8 clubs competeing for the top prizes with Jim Weatherill from VAPS and Melbourne Camera Club judging as follows:


Waverley certainly did not disgrace itself and the following results show this. Well done to those who got places and other awards and to the other competitors who entered their images, the combined effort was a fantastic result.

Highly Commended – Open EDI  – Vicki Moritz – Cape Schank Lighthouse

3rd Place – Open EDI – Pete Davies – Waterfall

2nd Place – Open Print – Vicki Moritz – Yarra Bank in Winter

3rd Place – Open Print – Ron Weatherhead – Shadows at the NGV

1st Place – Novice EDI – Paul Spence – Big Ben

3rd Place – Novice Print – Mary Gourdine – First Rainy Day

The club rankings taking into consideration the scores for all entries in all 4 categories was:

Camberwell – 229pts – 1st Place
Waverley – 228pts – Equal 2nd Place
Knox – 228pts – Equal 2nd Place
Rosanna – 218pts – 3rd Place
Williamstown – 204pts – 4th Place
Mornington – 196pts – 5th Place
Maroondah – 142pts – 6th Place
Ringwood – 51pts – 7th Place
